always worth a peep
I am a big fan of peep show, i love the scenarios, the way it is written , the format of the show and pretty much all the characters.
With each series i have found plenty to admire, my fave series is probably series 2 and i found some weaknesses in series 5 if im honest but i was still looking forward to this series after the cliffhanger finish of series 5.
Series 6 isnt pure gold if im honest but the show seems to allow more characters to change and develop more than ever before, we see a darker, more sinister look at johnson, superhands seems a little more level headed in places , jeremy shows some compassion and understanding as he finally says to himself that he is in love and mark is a ticking timebomb as he struggles to deal with life.
The use of some of the new characters is key here and while i didnt laugh the house down i was forever entertained.
The funniest parts of the show are probably still the inner monolouges as reality is served up in the thoughts.
I am pleased that there is a series 7 and await it eagerly.

Every bit as good as the previous seasons.
This is my favourite comedy, it is simply brilliant viewing, with fine comedic acting and great one liners. Poor old Mark, his beloved JLB has folded, with hilarious consequences for the viewer. Johnson has descended into a suburban Colonel Kurtz, Jezz is in love again, Sophie is still lugging her baby around. The six episodes are as good as any previous offerings, with some new characters appearing as well as the old faithfuls. Watching Peep Show is always a bitter-sweet experience because when the sixth episode ends you go into a depression as you realise, `that`s it` for another season. I hope this programme never ends, I hope they make sixteen episodes next time instead of six. The extras on season six are amongst the best yet, featuring some fabulous behind the scenes footage. Tickety boo all round.
