plenty of humour

Its still got plenty of humour. Simply the best animated comedy of all time. Totally funny through out. Defently more funnier than the simpsons and south park put together. The swearing tops it off with lots of jokes and stupidity. Defently the best animated comedy out there. Even if you haven't seen it its defently worth buying. .

Close to the bone...and why not?

I often watch this series with my son aged 11. We both find that a Family Guy episode or 2 a day is essential to our general equilibrium. I've noticed that, by definition, he doesn't "get" the adult jokes. He doesn't even register the humor and /or dialogue. It's auto-censorship of a kind. He loves the slapstick, the absurd image, the talking dog etc, and I enjoy the ridiculously over the top dark humor and sub-text. I really don't think there's any reason to rush for the off button if Family Guy is on and there are kids around: They don't get the darker stuff. They remain completely untouched by it. It's a great series...wonderfully irreverent.

Incredible. perfect

This season is amazing, like all the others. Seth MacFarlane is a complete genius, i love this way this show takes the mick out of every day things, people, all kinds of stuff - and slaps them all together into a very witty and well animated cartoon. some people are very shallow and don't understand the humor, usually boring unimaginative people. if you have a sensor of humor and you want to be entertained, this is definitely worth watching. if your thinking about buying it........ buy it!

really funny season and this was my first season of family guy and i thourght it was really funny people should buy his season. theres 13 episodes and well worth the money
